Our beautiful one bedroom deluxe unit has it all: terrific view, luxurious accommodations that include everything, home theater, housekeeping every two weeks, and all the little touches that make it a home.
Relax and unwind at River City, a complete city within a city; located in the heart of the financial district and Printer's Row and just blocks from downtown. All the conveniences you could ask for: gourmet market, free shuttle service, a one acre private park, Bally's Health Club, marina, cleaners and that's just the start.
Enjoy peace and tranquility right next to the bustle of the city. Sit and relax or jog in our private one acre park.
Our unit is a 1 bedroom deluxe. Its the largest of the one bedroom units at River City.
There is ample closet space and lots of storage space as well if you're staying with us a while.
We've furnished the unit for ourselves so you'll find all the special touches that make it a home. Everything from gourmet cookware & plush linens to a toolkit for those inevitable quick fix ups.
There is a separate vanity and dressing area.

World renowned architect Bertrand Goldberg doesn't design buildings, he designs lifestyles. His masterpiece, River City Private Residences, is a self-contained urban environment whose residents never need leave home if they don't want to. Its located right at the river's edge and boasts the only marina open all year long. Its hard to imagine a more complete community then River City. A full service gourmet market, delivers free of charge on orders of $15 or more. The free shuttle service leaves the complex about every 45 minutes in the mornings dropping commuters throughout the Loop and up North Michigan Avenue.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is provided every two weeks and is included in the rental. This includes cleaning the entire unit AND laundry service for the sheets and towels.
Terms and Conditions
A security deposit equal to 15% of the total cost of the stay or $500, whichever is greater. A credit check will be conducted.
Our unit is non-smoking. No pets are allowed.
Parking
Parking stickers will be provided to enable you to park free on the streets in the area. This is a controlled parking area. You must have a sticker or you will receive a ticket. Both covered and uncovered lots are available. The rates are determined by the parking lot companies.
