It is the perfect place to laze away the days or do some work on the Internet as it’s designed with the perfection of feng shui in mind. Adjacent to the sunroom is a fenced in yard and on the other side of the house there is an outdoor pergola where one can sit outside if it’s not too cold and listen to the nearby creek.

The grounds are bursting with wonderful plantings and wildlife. Stone walls grace the entire property. The Barn is located in the historic, scenic district of New Milford, called Merryall. The location is excellent as it’s equidistant to the charming little towns of Kent, New Preston and Washington, which have wonderful restaurants and fabulous antique stores. And, right in the neighborhood are plenty of walking trails to explore. Pristine Lake Waramaug is right down the road as are several golf courses.
