This beautiful villa is located on "Pelican" Beach on Seabrook Island. It offers newly renovated kitchen, with granite counter tops, large living room and dining room area and 3 bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom is a closed loft with it's own private deck. The beach access is only 50 feet away. Enjoy sunsets from the Living room window or relax on the deck. The unit is fully stocked and furnished and has full size laundry room. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. There is a 1King, 1Queen, 1set of twin beds and a sleeper sofa. The ocean front pool and golf courses are only a minutes walk from the unit.
This villa has a club membership to "The Club at Seabrook". You can enjoy access to all the amenities of the Club including two world-class golf courses, a tennis center, an equestrian center, oceanfront pools, a recreation center, and a fitness center. Enjoy exploring the Island on bikes or on roller blades. You can also enjoy great trails at St. Christopher which is only a couple of blocks away from the villa.
On the Island you'll enjoy pristine beaches, lush marshland, and incredible views. Walk the beach and follow the dolphins at play. Or simply enjoy the beauty of the ocean from the oceanfront pool or from the villa.

If you'd like to venture into town, we are located just 23 miles south of Charleston. Charleston offers fabulous dining and awesome sights. The marina is also adjacent to Kiawah Island. Kiawah offers more golfing and dining--all within a one-minute drive.
